Andalucía Holidays is
a rental company on the eastern part of the Costa del Sol. Based in the little
mountainous village of Moclinejo, north of Rincón de la Victoria, we let out
country houses, village houses and apartments in the area between the Alpujjaras
and Gibraltar and hinterland.
We seek new and older houses and apartments with good location and a good view,
which we market professionally via for example Internet and newspapers. Whether
your house or apartment lies directly to the beach with sea view or in a small
village is not of great importance. What matters for the northern European
tourists is the sun and the Spanish atmosphere.
If Andalucía Holidays lets your holiday home we do all the paper work - rental
conditions, rental contract, payments, drivers guide etc.
In our marketing we are in contact with many people as we aim at Great Britain,
the German speaking countries and the whole Scandinavian area. And we speak
English, German, Danish and Spanish.
