The rent includes rental of the property for the number of people stated in the rental contract. If the number of people staying in the house exceeds the number stated in the rental contract, the
rental contract can be cancelled by Andalucia Holidays immediately. Consumption of electricity, gas and water is included as well as final clean up unless otherwise stated.
The stay in the property and its area including a pool is on the renter’s own responsibility.
During the rental period the renter is responsible of all damages to the property and its belongings that happen due to irresponsible and/or wrong usage.
The rental period starts from the 1st day not earlier than 17.00 and finishes on the last day not later than 11.00, unless otherwise stated.
The booking of the property is only valid when the deposit plus ¼ of the rent has been registered paid on the bank account of Andalucia Holidays on the date stated in the rental contract, and Andalucia Holidays has received the signed contract.
12 weeks before the first day of the rental periode the rest of the rent has to be registred paid on the bank account of Andalucía Holidays on the date stated in the rental contract. Please notice: Bank transfers to Spain take app. 5 days.
If the amounts are not registred paid on the bank account of Andalucía Holidays on the dates stated in the rental contract Andalucía Holidays will claim the right to let the house to a third party without further notice.
The deposit will be paid back when the property has been left tidy and without any damages, the oven and barbecue has been cleaned after use and the keys have been handed over. All garbage has to be removed. In case of any damages or extensive final
cleaning necessary, the deposit or part of it can be retained.
Keys lost or not handed over will be charged with 70 euros.
Two weeks before the rental period a driver’s guide will be sent to the renter either by mail or post.
When cancelling the booking more than 8 weeks before the first day of the rental period the already paid rent and deposit will be refunded minus 135 €.
When cancelling the booking less than 8 weeks before the first day of the rental period only the deposit will be refunded.
Complains about the rented property must be directed to Andalucía Holidays immediately. Andalucía Holidays will not accept complains which are made after departure from the rented property.
